This series, which I shot during two consecutive night strolls, did evolve as it went on. Not only the subjects but how to deal with exposure and of course, the treatments. Very interesting… I do have a couple of outtakes which I may post over the next few days. Thanks for looking!
You’re welcome. It’s impressive the way you do so well with a wide variety of subject matter – e.g. these, and then the bike today, which is completely different and just as successful.
Thanks. I guess I play with file treatments more than is apparent on here. I shot that bike yesterday and really enjoyed looking at a variety of treatments for it. Digital photography has turned so many of us on to an interesting eclecticism– a good thing, I think.
Maybe I’ll post more of these “experiments” next year. 🤔😄
Yes, all the choices can be overwhelming but also a lot of fun. I’ve imported some presets into LR that I like trying out sometimes. It would be nice to see more of your experiments or photos that veer farther away from the original file. I for one would be very interested to hear a little about how you approach different treatments, too.
You’ve suggested several good options for New Year’s resolutions ☺
Wickedly magnificent.
Thanks– a compliment I can easily live with 😄
It feels like a lot is at stake here – the stage is set for a long story. What a challenge it must have been to get the exposure right!
