Were these taken last December, 2021? My wave height charts for that day do not suggest any nearby storms. Would the sky and surf shown in these photos be considered typical fair-weather conditions for Montauk in mid-December? And then there are the tides. I could ask many questions, John, but I won’t. I enjoy just looking at your photographs and pondering the mysteries of the ocean.
Sorry, they were both supposed to say 10/18… two days ago. Does that make sense now when compared to your data? By all means ask questions; I think your research is really interesting!
