Seeing “Ulster County” for me brings something more to The image. The photo certainly doesn’t need anything more – it’s wonderful – but now there are layers of associations. Nice.
It’s wonderful that your Catskill memories are rich ones. The region means a lot to so many people here, especially since the late 60s. Thanks for your nice comments this afternoon Lynn.
You’re welcome. I haven’t spent a whole lot of time there but enough to have good associations. The Ashokan Reservoir! And that song…and Mt. Tremper & John Daido Loori….My associations are post-Woodstock. I was working in the city that weekend. 😦
I thought of Loori when I read your comment last night. I backpacked up to Mount Tremper several times back in the 70’s. There’s a black and white portrait of a friend that I took up there that I’ve been meaning to post…
A fantastic image. Monet’s poplars come to mind. There is a level of intense emotion in this photo. Great shot.
Thanks Ed; much appreciated.
Love it’s light and bright “green”, perfect!
Thanks 😊
Lovely
Many thanks Sue. Nice to hear from you today!

That would be interesting to see!
