This seems symphonic to me, with the high notes in the foreground and sweeping bass tomes in the background. Having that freshly brushed whatever-it-is in the background really makes this sing, John. I love it.
Thanks Lynn. I photographed this scene with and without the plowed rows off in the distance but preferred it this way because it’s such an unexpected sense of receding space. It was striking driving up to this scene.

A plowed field – I thought it might be a parking lot. Whatever, you’re right, it adds a lot.
What a wonderful picture. Once again an image that has emotion. Very hard to do.
