I saw that when I put it in and I assumed you know what I meant. But it does sound rather strange. I study of images which have been reversed into photographic negative form. Kind of dances off the tongue doesn’t it?
Thanks Michael, I knew what you meant …that was just my attempt at a play on words ☺
One thing that’s interesting to me is how duotoning these images seems to change how they “read” – maybe because it’s a treatment used for positives. I also like how the shadows become “spotlights” and how isolated objects seen in negative can be so alluring.
I’m glad you took the time to comment — thanks
I knew you knew. I’m looking forward to see what else you do.
Reblogged this on l'eta' della innocenza.
Grazie ancora
Do I see a negative study brewing?
Negative thoughts indeed 🤔

ok thanks 😊
Excellent picture.
Thanks Rabirus. Be well.
You’ve imbued this object with a preternatural glow that really elevates it, and it’s perfect that it’s just lying there, quietly.
Lovely comment Lynn- thanks. The glow in these negative images is the most fascinating aspect to me.
I’ll bet! They’re very animated.
