    1. Thanks Lynn. The Whaler’s Church (which is trapezoidal) is considered one of the more noteworthy Egyptian Revival structures in the nation. Because of it’s shape, It’s hard to photograph from straight on because it looks like there’s a perspective issue to those who don’t know the building. In this picture I tried to let the building do it’s thing. Here’s a link to the church (which lost its steeple in the 38 hurricane):

      1. Fascinating – I like your solution. That reminds me of an odd-shaped barn in the countryside outside of Olympia, WA that I saw on a two lane highway. It had an angled side that did interesting things when you shifted your perspective. On to the link – thanks.
